All merchandise will be despatched as soon as possible once payment has cleared. In the event of stock unavailability or other difficulty we will contact the customer for alternative instructions.

In the event of non-receipt of correct merchandise in perfect condition please contact info@johnwrightmusic.co.uk to discuss a solution to the problem. However, returns and refunds will always be at our discretion.
