Technical Specification

A good quality sound system, preferably operated from the rear of the room by a competent sound engineer, is an essential ingredient for a John Wright's Band performance. The band uses Mackie SRM 450 powered speakers, a Behringer Xenyx 2222 desk and 3 powered stage monitors, to provide 3 separate monitor mixes. The band uses a minimum of 8 XLR DI inputs in addition to the 3 vocal channels. Phantom power is required. Vocal microphones are SM Beta 58s.

The venue is requested to provide a similar system or larger (though they can manage with only 2 monitor mixes). If there are any doubts please make contact before the performance so that the band can augment the system with some of their own equipment.
